A short trawl through enthusiastic US press reviews

We kept you informed about the great reviews in the us-press like GIZMODO ("Top apps of the week"). So we surfed the internet and have collected some more qoutes out of the US blogs and magazines. Even if some of them have reviewed our web service (which we offerd for a limited time after the 1st rejection from apple), they are actual more than ever.

"After two rejections, the app that shouldn't be, finally is"
mobilegamefaqs.com

"When App Genius is Not Enough, Get App Butler"
solsie.com

"While there are no definite means of organizing them the way we do on our regular desktop or laptop, perhaps an app can aid us in doing so."
mobilehawck.com

"The AppButler application seems to be more useful than the app organization feature that is offered in the iTunes 9.0 version."
mobiletor.com

"If you are an iPhone owner and have tons of apps and have a hard time finding the exact app you need, the a new app have been launched called AppButler."

Hungary is hungry on AppButler Icons

Our statistic announces the first downloads in Hungary. One of my favourites is Hungarian Salami. Hm, I'm wondering if some iPhone users over there would bartering some sausages (ok, I know, never call a salami "sausage") for some free promotional codes for AppButler? Numerous replys desired!! ;-)

First AppButler downloads in Hongkong

We are still missing China, but since yesterday Hongkong has joined our community. Thank you for your believe in our app and your first downloads. And goodness knows. If your downloads are growing, we sometimes will have a AppButler with Chinese and Mandarin characters too. :-)

Press in Italy: "fantastico"

"Organizzare le applicazioni direttamente da iPhone". Even if my italian language skills got a little bit rusty since my life as roman emporer 1.000 years ago, I think the following review on iphoneland.it is quite good. And even it's not, I like the sound of the language. Ciao Roma!

"AppButler fornisce una serie di simboli, numeri e icone delle categorie che permettono di organizzare, categorizzare le applicazione tutto su iPhone. Il tutto e’ compatibile con iTunes 9. Funzioni principali:
- numerazione delle schermate,
- organizzazione delle applicazioni con degli indici : per esempio giochi, libri,..
- organizzazione dei giochi con indici : per esempio puzzle, arcade sport etc.."

Does AppButler offer folders for organization?

No, AppButler doesn't offer folders to organize apps like files on your computer. Of course, we thougt about that (and was the very first idea indeed), but unfortunately it isn't possible without access to the iPhone system software. And that's solely a thing of Apple. So please don't be gutted about it and don't penalize us with bad reviews in the appstore. We never mentioned to create folders in any our descriptions.

Update 1.0.1. soon available in the Appstore

It's done! Our first update is finished and ready for upload. The update with version number 1.0.1. will be soon available in the app store and contains the following bug fixes and features:

- Bug fixes regarding network connection
- Special characters extension for app category names
- Additional page numbers 10 & 11

Sorry again for the problems regarding network connection in some areas. It was only a "silly single" character, but with great effect. The extension of special characters is especially important for countries with ä,ö and ü characters and ' in in written words (like "Produktivität" in German). We will keep you up-to-date regarding the update process and will inform you in our blog immediately when the update is ready to download.

AppButler icon artwork. What do you think?

Isn't it quite cool? What do you think of it. The magic gloves conjure page numbers, app-register- and game-register icons on the iPhone screen. Tell us your opinion. We are eager to know, wether you like it or not.

Hello Turkey! Hello Chile!

The "new country entries" of the day are Turkey and Chile. In spite of that the two countries are thousand of kilometers apart and have (supposable) very less in common, now they have some more: a few users with AppButler apps on their iPhone and organized iPhone screens :-))))
