Love the fact that you made it so easy for people like me. More power It is, admittedly, a little more complex than other coffee drink recipes (most of which call for dumping a shot of bailey's into whatever swill you just got from dunkin' donuts), but it's worth the time and effort if you really want to enjoy a top-notch drink.

But really, how bad is it dealing with a health insurance company of your own, and not going through the company you work for? The Blue Shield health insurance companies of Texas, florida and California have their individual insurance policies published online, and if you read them, you would know.
