Folders would be nice. But given that Apple does not allow any folder system, in my opinion, AppButler is a very clever and useful solution! Yes, it does take away some more spots you could use for other applications, but, to be honest, who needs 11 pages (=176 icons) full of apps?! Even if your screens are full, there are always some apps you never use. Delete them and place some app index icons. I thinks it makes it easier to navigate.

While this subject can be very touchy for most people, my opinion is that there has to be a middle or common ground that we all can find.
